problem with tennessee #1

Would you like to know why Tennessee has one of the highest poverty rates in the country? Because there is no focus on education. Because Sumner County School Board cannot get an additional 5 million dollars simply to help us pay for SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS. I never thought that something so simple could be taken away from schools. This will cause our current teachers to have to teach other classes during their planning periods or combine with their class. Some of the best teachers in my school have threatened to quit if these budget cuts go through.
I want to know what our county is spending their money on if it's not schools. Are you building us more playgrounds and recreation areas? Are you helping businesses out to bring higher paying jobs to the area? Are you establishing a Boys and Girls Club, Planned Parenthood, or homeless shelter?
Dear Sumner County, what are you doing with this money?
